A machinist

Full-time job, 40h/week, day and night.

Position summary :

• Start up the numeric control machines (CNC) ;
• Work within the requested quality standards.

Requirements :

• DVS in machining techniques ;
• ASP in machining on numeric controlled machine tools is a « nice to have » ;
• A good knowledge of wood : grain, species, sanding line, etc. ;
• A year of experience in a similar position.

Job description :

Under the supervision of your immediate superior, you will assume the following duties and responsabilities :

• Start up the numeric control machines (CNC) ;
• Set up the jigs ;
• Do the preventive maintenance of the CNCs ;
• Inspect the product to make sure it meets the quality standards ;
• Follow the health and safety standards at work.
